From Curriculum to Readiness

The FIPS 203/204/205 curricula on this site are free and public on purpose. Our reasoning is open — see Open Validation — so you can evaluate our methodology before you ever sign a contract.

These engagements cover .NET and C# estates on Azure — the stack every free PQC scanner skips. Other stacks are referred out.

What comes next

1. A free sample scan. Request one and 365 Architect will run CipherShift365's Compass discovery engine against a sample of your .NET/Azure repository — on your infrastructure, under NDA — hard-capped at two working days. You keep the resulting Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM). No charge, no obligation. See a sample of the output format before you request one.

2. Cryptographic Discovery. A fixed 3-day engagement for one .NET application: a completed Cryptographic Bill of Materials, a Harvest-Now-Decrypt-Later (HNDL) read of your exposure, human-led analysis of what it means, and a prioritised 90-day roadmap. It deliberately covers one application, not the estate — that is what the Baseline Audit is for.

3. The Cryptographic Baseline Audit. A fixed 4-week engagement: full-estate CBOM generation, an HNDL risk matrix, and a crypto-agility wrapper blueprint. For scope, terms, and pricing, see the Post-Quantum Cryptography Advisory page.

4. Ongoing assurance. After a Baseline Audit, an optional ongoing assurance arrangement keeps your build protected as new cryptography is introduced. Scope and terms are on the Post-Quantum Cryptography Advisory page.

5. Delivery. All findings, blueprints, and audit artifacts are delivered exclusively through NestVault365, our proprietary end-to-end encrypted data room. Nothing sensitive travels by email.
